Jambalaya Mac-n-Cheese review by Abby
Luna's is our go to spot every time we're in Orange Beach. The menu is so different from anywhere else around and somehow they always have something everyone loves no matter what you're craving. This time I got the jambalaya mac and cheese and I'm still thinking about it. It was rich, creamy, full of flavor, and had the perfect amount of spice without being too much. We also ordered the firecracker shrimp and those disappeared fast. Crispy, flavorful, and the sauce had just the right kick to it. The atmosphere is always fun and relaxed and the service has been great every time we've gone. Definitely one of those places we make sure to visit every trip.

We ate lunch at Luna's today and it was a 10/10. The food was so good. The nashville hot chicken meat and 3 is a winner-pick coleslaw, macaroni and cheese and fried okra and you won't be disappointed. We also got the deviled eggs and firecracker shrimp. Also, very tasty and the presentation for the deciled eggs was great!

I was a little apprehensive about pimento hushpuppies and blueberry sauce but I am SO glad I took a chance on it. This is an amazing pairing! I promise you will not be disappointed. This is the 3rd restraunt of theirs that we have tried and at this point I know that even if it's something i don't typically like if they cook it it's gonna be amazing! We come to the beach as often as we can and Lunas and Cosmos are always the highlight of our trip!

Y'all. Get this. This is the BEST steamed shrimp. I've had some steamed shrimp that had a mushy, weird texture; but not Luna's. Their shrimp has a perfect texture, and is seasoned to perfection - not too spicy, but definitely not bland. The sausage was so tasty, and the corn and potatoes were the perfect compliment to the shrimp and sausage.

Doesnt matter that the firecracker shrimp is happy hour, lunch or dinner menu. Everytime im in town or within 500 feet of this fine establishment. I will order 1 or 2 orders of this shrimp. Its the best, definitely made with love and very addictive. Couldnt and havent ever gone to this resteaunt and not ordered this. Give it a try and if you dont like it let me know ill eat the leftovers.

Got this and added American Cheese and Bacon to it...AMAZING. This is hands down the best burger I've ever eaten!!!...Best fries too. They were seasoned well and crispy! First time eating here, will def be back to try the meat and 3s!

I came for dinner. I left with a new favorite restaurant for life. I've dined everywhere — hole-in-the-wall gems, Michelin-starred tables, rooftop bars with skyline views. Luna's Eat & Drink doesn't just compete with all of them. In the ways that actually matter, it beats them. Let's start with the staff, because they deserve to be mentioned first. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a regular — even though it was my first visit. Our server was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. Not in a rehearsed, corporate way — in a "I actually love working here" way that you simply cannot fake. They checked in without hovering, laughed with us without being intrusive, and made a recommendation that changed my night. That kind of hospitality is rare. Luna's has it in abundance. The atmosphere? Absolutely magnetic. The energy in that room strikes a perfect balance — lively enough to feel exciting, comfortable enough that you never want to leave. The décor is thoughtful, the lighting flatters everyone at the table, and there's a warmth to the space that feels curated but never pretentious. Date night, family dinner, celebrating with friends — Luna's works for all of it, effortlessly. Now. The Firecracker Shrimp. I need a moment. I've eaten at hundreds of restaurants across the country, and I can count on one hand the dishes that stopped me mid-bite and made me genuinely emotional. This is one of them. Shatter-crisp exterior. Plump, juicy shrimp. A sauce that builds heat intelligently — it doesn't assault you, it seduces you. By the third piece I was reaching for the fourth before I'd finished chewing. My dining companion tried to steal one. We almost didn't stay friends. And the prices? Honestly embarrassing — in the best possible way. For the quality, the portion sizes, and the overall experience, Luna's is delivering five-star value at prices that feel almost generous. In today's world, that's not just appreciated. That's remarkable. Luna's Eat & Drink isn't just a restaurant. It's the kind of place that reminds you why food, people, and atmosphere matter. The full package, executed with heart. I'll be back. I have no choice. And if you haven't been yet — what are you waiting ?!
